Adventure Pack
Tozai and Yoshi raced each other up and down the trail today without any tree-bashing incidents. Lumi joined in with bows and playful pounces when they ran by. Lou kept out of the rough play. She wasn't much of a fun of the wet, heavy snow, but she was a trooper and made it to the more forested part of the trails where not as much snow fell on us. The boys, on the other hand, were invigorated by the cold, wet weather.
Variety Pack
Arlo, Lumi, Carl, Alfie, and Racer all enjoyed munching on snow as we walked Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. Much as with the Adventure Pack this morning, the boys were all feeling rowdy and playful. They dodged around each other in the snow, with Alfie being the most animated goofball of the bunch. When I started throwing some snowballs to them, that really got them worked up. Racer didn't partake, but she didn't seem put out like Lou did earlier in the day. I would say that it helped that the wet, heavy stuff had stopped falling, but I don't know if Racer would really care, as she is usually pretty set with her own agenda. She just wanted to sniff and find things to munch on - snow, grass, twigs, whatever.
