Tuesday Pack Activities (4/16/2024)

Adventure Pack

Griff was ravenous for freshly sprung grass chutes during our hike today. He kept veering off the trail to go nibble at patches. Racer often has her nose to the ground, following scents and looking for things to scavenge; but today, she stuck to the trail without pulling off the side very much. A group of people doing a scavenger hunt/photo challenge stopped us and asked if they could take a photo with the pack because one of their required photos was, 'the whole team with a happy dog.' The dogs greeted everyone eagerly. Immediately after the photo was taken, Imogene and Arlo started hopping around with each other, responding to the excitement of the group.

Variety Pack

Carl and Lou enjoyed a stroll around Wonderland Lake this afternoon. Carl just wanted to sniff, and would hardly go ten steps without stopping to check out another spot. Lou sometimes joined him and other times just waited on the trail for Carl to be ready to move onto the next stop. It was a bit breezy and we didn't go to the water today.
