Adventure Pack

Rey and Riley joined Sputnik and Dylan for our pack hike at the Chautauqua today. Rey led the way up the mountain. Riley and Sputnik stayed on leash with me. Dylan walked alongside his buddy Sputnik on the way up, but then moved into the lead for the return leg of the hike. There was a particular stone overturned along the Ski Jump Trail, which drew in the curious noses of each pack member as they came by it. When we were crossing the Chautauqua Park at the end of the hike, Rey was mesmerized by a butterfly-shaped kite in the sky. Riley also watched the kite for a bit, and Dylan gave it a quick glance; but Rey's eyes were locked on it for our entire crossing of the field.

Variety Pack

Riley, Rey, Lou, Ruffers, Zoey, and Carl headed to the Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. Zoey and Carl were looking spiffy in fresh bandanas after a trip to the groomer earlier today. Ruffers was feeling mischievous today and made a few attempts to mount Zoey. Lou kept crawling toward me when I crouched down to take a photo of her with Riley and Rey, as she always does.
