Adventure Pack

Tozai was very pushy with Rey when they first went off leash together. I interrupted him several times, because Rey was just standing in place awkwardly while he kept trying to harass her into interaction. Once Tozai got the idea and gave Rey a little space, she started sprinting around through the fields so Tozai could pursue. Bear spent his off-leash time leading the way more, rather than hanging back with Ruffers the whole time. I made a point not to get too far ahead, and circled back with the pack a couple times to sync up with Ruffers and let the others sniff around the spots she had stopped to check out.

Variety Pack

Dylan, Lou, Viv, Aldo, Carl, Yoshi, and Alfie walked to Wonderland Lake with a hand from Jen this afternoon. There was a lot of stopping to investigate smells by all parties, but Dylan, Yoshi, and Alfie were the most curious sniffers of the bunch. Yoshi was cavalier about lifting his leg when he found an interesting spot, and he tagged Aldo's leg once. I immediately gave Aldo a rinse with water from the CamelBak. When we stopped for the pack photo, Jen stood behind me and made a funny noise to get everyone's attentions. It worked quite well for Aldo, Carl, Yoshi, and Alfie. Dylan, Lou, and Viv were not as impressed with Jen's sound effects.
