Adventure Pack

We saw a lot of other dogs near the trail head when we first set out at the Chautauqua this morning. Despite all the distractions, Griff, Carl, Sputnik, and Racer were no less interested in sniffing around in the grass. It was warm enough today that Griff took some water from the CamelBak. Carl is getting pretty good at drinking from the spout like his packmates. Racer and Sputnik had mighty thirsts to quench, as always.

Variety Pack

Zoey and Rey had a competition to see who could keep licking the other's face for longer, before our pack outing. I'm not sure who ended up winning, but it went on for a while. Avo flopped down in the grass at several shaded spots along our walk at Wonderland Lake. Between that and Griff lapping up the water this morning, all signs point to summer weather being upon us. Mamacita had abstained from wiggling in the grass for most of the walk, but joined Avo for a roll at the park after our trip around the lake.
