Adventure Pack

Roger Roger annoyed his big brother Rucksack a bit while they were off leash together during our hike this morning, but he listened well whenever I called him off to give Rucksack a break. Sputnik and Mamacita jumped into the mix when the Doodle brothers ran up to us, pouncing playfully on Roger Roger and thereby intervening in his harassment of Rucksack. Roger Roger found a chunk of lumber and played keep-away from Rucksack for a while, before the rotted wood broke apart into pieces too small to be of any use.

Variety Pack

Rey, Avo, and Zoey made the most of the snowy playscape at the Valmont Dog Park this afternoon. Avo and Rey kicked things off with a big chase while Zoey sniffed around a bit. Then, Zoey joined in and the three of them went on and on. Some other dogs joined in to run with them at various points throughout our park visit. The chasing and wrestling were only interrupted when tennis balls were uncovered. If Rey had the ball, she played keep-away. If Zoey or Avo got one, they just gnawed at it until they got it opened up, and then they started tearing it apart into little pieces. They all caught a few snowballs I threw to them, as well.
