Adventure Pack

Griff and Roger Roger raced each other through the snow at Shanahan Ridge this morning, while Sputnik and Mamacita spectated. Mamacita woofed every now and then. I'm not sure for whom she was rooting. Sputnik tried to hop into the mix whenever his packmates came close by. After a while, Roger Roger started getting too pushy, so he went back on leash. Since there weren't any other dogs around, Sputnik got to take a turn off the leash. He ran up ahead and lay in wait for Griff to approach. When the moment was right, he popped up and zoomed by right in front of Griff, who took up the chase. It was a lively morning on the snowy trails of Shanahan Ridge!

Variety Pack

Riley, Rey, and Isaac were all very interested in eating snow when we pulled over to a field beside the Bear Creek Path this afternoon. Ruffers and Zoey were content to just hang out and get some pets while their packmates binged. It turned out eating the snow wasn't enough for Isaac, so he plopped down and rolled around in it, too. Rey and Riley danced around with each other, and it took a lot of effort to get Rey to settle back down and start walking again.
