Adventure Pack

Griff, Arlo, Rey, and Racer headed up toward the beginning of Royal Arch on our hike today. Racer was dead set on checking out the ditch by the trail head, but actually allowed us to stay on the trail starting about halfway up. Everyone was nibbling a bit at the fresh spring grass.

Variety Pack

Dylan, Tozai, and Carl went to Valmont Dog Park this afternoon. Jen joined us for the afternoon, as well as Carrie - a family friend of Dylan's. Tozai ran off to find friends to wrestle with and had a great time rolling around with a bulldozer of a yellow Lab named Otis. Meanwhile, Carl barked until he had a tennis ball to keep him busy, then was content fetching it over and over again, as always. Dylan was feeling pretty tired this afternoon, so he didn't wander that far into the park. He lay down and hung out and let the people come to him. He got some good love and scritches from a couple different human patrons and let some dogs - including Otis and a tall, blind Golden Retriever named Chuckles - sniff their greetings with him.
