Adventure Pack

Racer, Yoshi, Lucy, Lou, Arlo, and Tozai headed to CU South for today's pack hike. We came across a couple friendly dogs along the way, including a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and an old Golden Retriever - both of whom partly approached and passed close by, but didn't come all the way over to the pack to sniff hellos. Arlo, Yoshi, Lucy, and Tozai all got a bit worked up about the Spaniel and pulled a bit at their leashes, and I think she stopped short of coming all the way up to greet due to feeling a bit intimidated by their enthusiasm. When the Golden Retriever passed by a little later, everyone just lifted their noses to sniff the air politely as they passed near each other.

Variety Pack

Ruffers, Carl, Milo, Bear, Dylan, Alfie, and Rey walked to Wonderland Lake with a hand from Jen this afternoon. Everyone was in a sniffy mood. The first point of interest had everyone except Milo and Carl crowding around to sniff the same square inch of grass. After that, everyone except Rey moved in on another spot. Carl, Ruffers, and Dylan all took their time checking out additional spots together as they lagged behind with Jen.
