Monday Pack Activities

Morning Pack

Rucksack, Blu, Gidget, Mrs. Miggins, and Roger Roger headed out for a walk to Wonderland Lake this morning as snowflakes were beginning to fall. Rucksack was a little more hesitant to walk than he had been the past couple of days, but he got through it ok. Blu pulled around a bit. Gidget, Mrs. Miggins, and Roger Roger all walked in place very well. Mrs. Miggins just wanted to be next to Roger Roger.

Adventure Pack

Dylan and Griff did some scouting and a bit of running around together on the Mesa Trail today. Racer walked as far off the side of the trail as she could get, for most of the time. There wasn't quite enough snow for Racer to munch on as she walked; nor was there enough to entice Dylan to roll around in it.

Variety Pack

Zoey, Carl, Avo, Lou, and Rey headed to the Goose Creek Greenway by Valmont Park this afternoon. The snow had stopped by the time we were walking, and nothing had really accumulated. Lots of prairie dogs were out today. Avo and Rey were both ready to bolt toward them when they first hopped out of the packmobile, but I kept them back. Rey settled down pretty quickly, but Avo made a big fuss about not being able to chase the prairie dogs. The prairie dogs definitely had Carl's attention as well, but he didn't try to bolt. Zoey and Lou didn't pay them any mind.
