Adventure Pack

The wind and clouds kept the trails at Shanahan Ridge pretty empty as Bear, Ruffers, Tozai, and Lucy enjoyed their hike. A light smattering of rain came and went a couple times, but it was barely enough to notice. Lucy kept close to the pack when she and Tozai first went off leash, until Tozai stopped stalking her and gave her a little more space. Then, they ran around and explored together. Bear and Ruffers brought up the rear when they were off leash together later on, taking their time to sniff spots like they always do together.

Variety Pack

Dylan, Griff, Carl, Alfie, Lumi, and Lou headed to CU South this afternoon. There was a little more sun, a little less wind, and no rain as the pack made their way around the trails there. We were greeted by a very friendly, calm, self-assured Chihuahua who had come up to the pack another time recently. Everyone returned his energy as they all sniffed hello, and then he just stood in the midst of everyone as they towered over him - well, everyone but Carl, who is roughly the same size. Lou and Dylan set a leisurely pace for us, while Carl and Alfie wanted to press forward. Griff and Lumi were in the middle, just following along and being easy.
