Adventure Pack

Nelly stepped down into the water at Silver Lake Ditch with both paws to take a quick drink while Ruffers was still on the bank behind her, and Tozai and Bear were splashing around a little further upstream. The boys had fun chasing each other up and down the various stretches of Red Rocks Trail. Ruffers poked along a bit more slowly today and lingered in the shaded spots. She hung out for a short while at a nice vantage point, to survey the city that is hers. The rest of the pack came and joined her in the shade of the nearby tree, but their attentions were more on the smells of the immediate area.

Variety Pack

Carl, Gidget, Blu, Alfie, Lumi, and Griff poked along Boulder Creek Path this afternoon. The overcast skies and cool air off the creek made it feel pretty mild. Lumi was in a particularly stubborn mood today and kept stopping in place without an obvious cause. Alfie often stopped beside him and then quickly turned his attention to sniffing the nearest bush or patch of grass, but Lumi just stood in place or lay down. Carl and Blu were busy pulling over to the other side of the trail to respectively mark and nibble the grass there. Gidget and Griff brought up the rear of the pack and just kept nicely in place throughout the walk.
