Adventure Pack
Lumi and Tozai ran and frolicked through the fields and across the trail at Shanahan Ridge. Lucy watched them and dodged around when they came near. She had her own time to run with Tozai a bit later in the hike. Lou watched her packmates sprinting all around but made no attempts to insert herself even when Lucy kept running back to us and stopping right next to her, to catch her breath in between bouts of being chased by Tozai. When Tozai persisted in mugging her for more play, I informed him that Lucy was on home base and he had to leave her alone, and he respected the boundary.
Variety Pack
The air was damp and chilly as Dylan, Carl, Ruffers, and Alfie strolled Boulder Creek Path this afternoon. We made the obligatory stops for the pack to sniff the trees at Eben G. Fine Park, which was totally empty. after that, we kept on the move until we got to the library, where everyone wanted to sniff the broad trunk of another tree. Dylan was first to get his nose on it. When the others swarmed around, he moved over to sniff at the other side while Carl, Ruffers, and Alfie all checked out the spot that initially drew him.
