Adventure Pack

Tozai and Yoshi had some fun chasing each other around on the trails today. Nelly was enjoying the action, and danced around in place a bit while watching the boys go at it. Yoshi, Tozai, and Lou all got some pets from a friendly hiker. Meanwhile, Nelly took the opportunity to try to munch on some grass while everyone was distracted. Chautauqua Trail had a steady stream of people on their way up the mountain as we were making our way back down, and several of them noted and admired Lou's pearls. We stopped to say hello to our OSMP volunteer friend Rich at the trail head, and the dogs were disappointed to find that he had already eaten his lunch and the pack on his wheelchair was empty.

Variety Pack

The prairie dogs were bustling around the field beside Goose Creek Greenway as the pack walked through the area this afternoon. They were all off in the distance, and the pack didn't bother to try to go after them at all. Aside from prairie dogs chirping in the distance, it was a pretty calm and quiet stroll with Lumi, Dylan, Carl, Alfie, and Ruffers. We saw one other dog along the way - a small, brown-coated Doodle of some sort - as well as a few bicyclists. The pack didn't pay much attention to the other dog, as they were busy sniffing around a tree trunk of some importance, and they didn't mind the bicyclists either.
