Bonus Pack
Dylan, Blu, Yoshi, and Gidget enjoyed a neighborhood walk together this morning. Dylan got a pant going pretty early on. It took a little longer for Blu to join him. Gidget quietly brought up the rear, a couple steps behind Yoshi. Dylan made a few early stops, but then he followed where directed. Blu and Yoshi had their own agendas, and required frequent address to get them moving on track in an orderly manner.
Adventure Pack
Tozai and Yoshi groaned and whined as they chewed on each other in the back of the packmobile on our way to Chautauqua today. Nelly and Lou did not get involved. The pack stopped at the same rock in the middle of Bluebell-Baird Trail as yesterday's pack did, and also spent a couple minutes giving it a thorough analysis. Lou and Tozai got some pets from a hiker who stopped and asked to say hello to the dogs. Yoshi and Nelly were more interested in what another passing dog was doing while their packmates got attention from the human.
Variety Pack
Carl, Alfie, Yoshi, Lucy, and Ruffers headed to Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. Alfie and Lucy were on alert for rabbits and squirrels. Yoshi perked up a bit a few times, but was not as poised as the other two. Carl and Ruffers didn't pay much attention to the wildlife. We didn't get that close to any squirrels, as I slowed us down and sometimes pulled the pack over to wait for them to go by whenever we were approaching one; so, Lucy had to settle for pouncing at grasshoppers that popped about underfoot.
