Adventure Pack

Bear stood his ground as Tozai jumped at him and tried to get him to play, and then they ended up wrestling a bit. Tozai also turned his attention to harassing Rey a bit while she was on leash with me and Ruffers, which I interrupted so he doesn't get in the habit of acting that way with dogs on a leash, as he is going through some more social development in his second year of being a dog. He seems to currently be going through a phase of testing how pushy and annoying he can be towards his friends. Rey and Ruffers lagged behind while leisurely sniffing around when they had some off-leash time together. Bear, Tozai, and Rey all get some pets from friendly hikers when we were on our way back down the mountain. Ruffers mostly hung back but did get some love from one person who was very happy to greet the whole pack.

Variety Pack

Alfie caught a glimpse of a mouse who scurried into a nearby prairie dog den when we first set out at Goose Creek Greenway. He sniffed at the den while his oblivious Griff, Carl, Lou, and Dylan were all busy sniffing in the weeds. We took an easy pace with few stops. The small hillside that Lumi likes so much has become a regular point of interest, and the whole pack was eager to sniff around there even without Lumi's influence. Wind and rain started to kick up just as we approached the packmobile to end our walk.
