Adventure Pack

Ruffers and Bear were not interested in going up Bluebell Road for today's hike. They were pretty stubborn about it, so we ended up hiking through the meadow instead, with lots of pauses for sniffing. Tozai and Rey enjoyed romping a bit while their packmates poked along. Tozai is still learning to contain himself and not always push forward on the offensive when trying to play with Rey, which is odd because he is so good at being inviting towards other dogs at the park.

Variety Pack

Dylan, Lou, Carl, and Alfie strolled the neighborhood near Wonderland Lake today. We didn't make it all the way to the pond since we were moving along at an even more leisurely pace than the Adventure Pack this morning. Dylan set the pace, which Lou was more than happy to follow. Carl and Alfie were a little more antsy to get going, but they were happy to take long breaks to sniff trees and bushes along the way. Carl made sure to leave plenty of scent marks each time, while Alfie kicked up dirt to mark the spots. Dylan joined in with some tree sniffing and Lou joined in with some scent marking.
