Adventure Pack

Bear, Rey, and Tozai all waded out into the deeper water of Boulder Creek, while Carl got just as submerged in the shallows. We headed west up Boulder Creek Path for a bit today instead of just striking out east down the creek from Eben G. Fine Park. There was a small pile of something indistinct in the grass of the park out in front of the library, that Tozai pulled hard towards when we passed it. On the way back through, it caught everybody's interest and they all tried to pull over to it. I didn't let them get very close, and I couldn't make out what it was. It looked like a non-descript clump of grass clippings from where I was standing, but it had to be something more interesting to have gotten that reaction from all of the dogs.

Variety Pack

Buddy, Lou, and Alfie also walked Boulder Creek Path this afternoon, but they didn't make it far enough down the way to encounter the siren's song by the library. Buddy was disgruntled by a skateboarder who rolled by at a modest pace and politely apologized to Buddy for upsetting him. Lou and Alfie did not require any such consoling.
