Adventure Pack

Racer, Rey, Arlo, and Griff again took their time sniffing through the Chautauqua meadow at the outset of today's hike. Griff and Rey stuck very close while they were off leash, remaining more or less in a tight pack formation most of the time. Everybody seemed extra slow and mellow today. Arlo enjoyed some pets and back scratches from our OSMP volunteer friend Reid, and Griff moved close enough to get a little pat on the head. Meanwhile, Racer and Rey were busy sniffing around the trail head.

Variety Pack

Ruffers, Carl, Tozai, Dylan, and Griff all got their paws wet in Boulder Creek during their afternoon pack walk. Tozai and Dylan waded around in the water the most and everybody remained standing. Carl was the first out of the water, followed by Ruffers. Griff split the difference and hung out with his front legs in and rear legs out. Carl wasn't so noisy today when we passed other dogs. Each pack member had their own moments of wanting to investigate the smells at particular spots along the way.
