Thursday Pack Activities (5/22/2025)

Adventure Pack

Racer enjoyed drinking from the stream and dipping her nose into it while Arlo stretched out and cooled off. Griff and Rey moved on from the water a lot quicker. They both stayed close by while they explored off leash, but Rey still did some playful bounding around within that close radius.

Variety Pack

It was about the same temperature as yesterday but with better cloud cover, and a cool, gentle breeze off the water that ran through the ditch at Bear Creek Greenway. Dogs barked at us from some backyards that border that path. Nelly was very concerned about the commotion and she whined until the barking stopped. Lucy was on alert for squirrels. Tozai poked at Lucy and Imogene a little bit as he walked between them, but he managed to keep himself in pretty good check and didn't stir up any chaos. Dylan seemed to be doing well at the beginning of the walk, but he was having a hard time by the end. The others got some practice with walking patiently in formation without pulling ahead, as we slowed our pace substantially for the final stretch. Carl and Lucy had a hard time with it, but Tozai and Nelly did well.
