Adventure Pack
It was a hot, sunny day today, and the dogs all got into Boulder Creek. Alfie was the last to get in, and the first to get out, but he got his legs wet. Griff, Arlo, Lumi, and Racer all lingered in the water for a good, long while. Imogene joined them at first, and then got out to hang with Alfie on the steps. We then walked along Boulder Creek Path from Eben G. Fine Park, and shade-hopped through some areas, by lingering under trees for a couple minutes at a time.
Variety Pack
Blu, Tozai, Gidget, Lou, and Carl also enjoyed a dip in Boulder Creek during their walk this afternoon. Our shorter route meant we were able to stick to the mostly-shaded stretch of Boulder Creek and didn't have to do the shade-hopping that the Adventure Pack did when they got further east. Still, Lou was moving pretty slowly in the heat. Blu kept wanting to veer off into the brush. Tozai and Carl were eager to sniff around whenever we stopped. Gidget had a little trouble settling into a position in the formation as she walked on a flank with Tozai and Blu, but she was mostly a very good walker, as usual.
