Adventure Pack
Arlo, Griff, Imogene, and Racer headed up Gregory Canyon today. Despite it being fairly sunny and close to 80 degrees F, it felt a bit cooler today. Maybe it's from the angle of the sun as we approach the autumn season. The dogs kept up fine as we scrambled over the rocky terrain, but everyone was happy to have a drink when we stopped for a water break. The trail was quiet and we only saw a handful of other hikers along the way.
Variety Pack
Sanni and Tozai wrestled around a bit at the house before we set out for our walk this afternoon. Sanni tried to entice Griff into playing as well, but he remained aloof and rejected her repeated play-bows and hops. Lumi and Carl just took it easy until we headed out. The pack walked Bear Creek Greenway. It was a quiet afternoon; the pack kept stride as bicyclists passed by, and nobody was alerted to any wildlife along the way. There were a few boulders and tree trunks that required investigation, and that was about all the excitement for the afternoon.
