Wednesday Pack Activities (11/27/2024)
Adventure Pack
Rey and Lucy had so much fun racing through the snow together on our way up the mountain at the Chautauqua today. Bear and Rey were more focused on exploring the trail when they were off leash together, but they had a few playful bouts as well. When Bear and Ruffers had a turn together, Bear led the way by about 10 yards in the same fashion as Griff always does, while Ruffers brought up the rear and poked around. Bear came back to check in and see what Ruffers was sniffing a couple times, then returned to his post at the lead. When Ruffers and Lucy had their turn together, Lucy was much more mellow than she had been at the beginning of the hike. She stuck pretty close by while Ruffers continued to follow behind, distracted by many smells along the way.
Variety Pack
Griff, Arlo, Tozai, Sanni, Racer and Rey enjoyed a jaunt along Goose Creek Greenway from Valmont Park this afternoon. It was a quiet scene, and the dogs all did a pretty good job of walking together. There wasn't much sniffing done; we kept on the move except for a couple brief potty stops along the way.
