Adventure Pack

Tozai and Bear bounded through the snow together, pausing only to wrestle around with each other. Later on, Lucy and Bear frolicked together in the snow as sniffed on spot then the next; they didn't rough-house with each other the way Bear had done with Tozai. After that, Ruffers and Lucy roamed through the snow together while Bear and Tozai were back on leash. Ruffers kept up closer to the pack than usual, probably in part because the rest of us were moving more slowly as I trudged through the snow.

Variety Pack

Alfie, Griff, Carl, Lumi, and Dylan walked Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. They bypassed the big tree at the edge of the parking lot and instead all headed directly for the nearest snowbank. Everybody took turns sniffing and leaving their marks. Carl left lots of yellow sprinkles on the various snowbanks that the dogs stopped to sniff throughout the walk, while the others were a bit more selective. We passed one other dog on our walk. Carl got a little worked up about them, but the rest of the pack just sauntered by. Dylan handled the cold much better than the summer heat and went the whole walk without panting at all.
