Wednesday Pack Activities (4/23/2025)

Adventure Pack

Bear poked along behind the pack today, sniffing at places here and there. Meanwhile, Lucy had her nose to the ground and was moving in a way that made it seem like she was tracking something - especially when she slipped under a canopy of low evergreen branches. Tozai spent a brief bit of time off leash and was having trouble containing his urge use his freedom and tactical advantage to tackle his leashed packmates, so he went back on leash alongside them and then settled down. Meanwhile, Ruffers was bring up the rear as usual.

Variety Pack

Lumi, Dylan, Griff, Alfie, and Yoshi headed to Goose Creek Greenway for their pack walk. Beforehand, Lumi and Yoshi had a contest to see who could open their mouth wider than the other one, as they each tried to fit the other's face inside. I think it was a stalemate. The cool, overcast weather was perfect for a dog outing. Dylan's panting was steady but not particularly intense. Griff seemed to have an extra bounce in his step. Alfie was wary of someone getting out of their car in the parking lot at Valmont Park when the pack was loading up after the walk. He grumbled and let out a few low woofs before I directed him into the packmobile.
