Adventure Pack

Lucy greeted Lumi and Bear in the packmobile with her usual flurry of excitement, and gave Tozai the same treatment when he joined us. The dogs were eager to get out onto the snowy trails today. Bear and Lucy roamed around together, poking their noses into cave-like pockets that were formed by snow-laden bushes. Lumi enjoyed a good roll in the snow. Tozai and Bear chased each other all over the place. It was a great time for the pack. When the hike was over, Lucy, Bear, and Lumi were all relatively easy to clean up, but Tozai came away with a bunch of snowballs packed into his curly leg fur.

Variety Pack

Carl, Griff, Lumi, Viv, and Alfie headed to Bear Creek Greenway for their afternoon stroll. Lumi and Alfie kept venturing off the path and into the snow. Lumi rolled around in it a couple more times. One of those times, Alfie lay down beside him and looked like he might join, but then he just poked his nose down into the snow instead. The others were not as drawn to the snow, and mostly kept to the clear, paved path - except for when we stopped at the trail marker boulders, where everyone sniffed around in the field, which was littered with downed branches.
