Adventure Pack
Ruffers, Rey, Lucy, and Bear were all taking their time sniffing along Baseline Trail at the start of today's hike. We inched our way along, with the pack leaving no blade of grass un-sniffed. Eventually, we got to Gregory Canyon and went partway up the mountain. Rey and Lucy were eager to greet a Goldendoodle who seemed a bit intimidated by their enthusiasm when they were off leash, so I gathered them up to let the other dog move along.
Variety Pack
Lumi and Dylan climbed down into Boulder Creek in perfect sync. Carl wanted to join them in the water, but kept to the shallowest step. Griff and Alfie perched up on a nearby boulder to oversee while staying dry. The families of geese were back at the kids' fishing pond, and one hissed at the pack - protective of the adolescent goslings - as we walked by, even though none of the dogs were showing them any particular interest.
Bonus Pack
Lou and Teo enjoyed a stroll to Wonderland Lake late this afternoon. There were some bunnies along the way, which got Teo pretty worked up. He also got very excited about the other dogs we saw around, and we practiced redirecting his attention. Meanwhile, Lou just wanted to sniff around a bit, and didn't care much about the bunnies or the other dogs.
