Adventure Pack

Tozai harassed Yoshi until Yoshi started chasing him through the fields at Chautauqua. Nelly danced in place whenever their rough housing brought them near to us on the trail. She shadowboxed as she looked for openings to poke in, but ultimately just remained at my side. Lou got compliments on her pearls, as usual. She made some sudden stops to sniff around today. Usually, the dogs pull over to the edge of the trail to check out a tree or a bush or some tuft of grass, but Lou kept getting drawn to the ground in the middle of the trail itself. The rest of the pack didn't seem to notice anything of interest until Lou homed in, and then they all started sniffing around her as her nose remained pressed to a single spot. This played out a few different times during our hike.

Variety Pack

Alfie, Yoshi, and Carl strolled around Wonderland Lake this afternoon. The boys got a little worked up about other dogs who passed by us along the way and resisted a bit when I brought them over to the side of the trail to give space, as they wanted to rush over to greet them. Alfie kicked up some turf after they all marked trees together, but he didn't shower his packmates with dirt like Tozai did to Lumi yesterday.
