Adventure Pack

Yoshi and Tozai groaned back and forth while enthusiastically chewing at each other's necks and faces in the packmobile on the way to The Peoples' Crossing. On the trail, Yoshi splashed in and out of Silver Lake Ditch at high speed, while Lucy, Tozai, and Alfie waded around in the water. After that, Lucy and Yoshi chased each other through the tall grass. Yoshi was especially full of unbridled energy today, and had some trouble reining it in and walking on pace when he was back on leash. Tozai poked at his packmates a bit to try to stir up trouble near the end of the walk, but he listened well when I addressed him.

Variety Pack

The clouds cover that returned later in the afternoon made our pack walk along Boulder Creek Path pleasant. Still, Lumi climbed right into the creek when we made a stop there. Alfie and Carl got their paws wet at the edge of the water, while Griff decided to stay dry. Lumi promptly rolled around in some dirt after emerging with a soaked coat. No geese sightings at the fishing pond today. Carl was less focused on leaving scent marks than usual, which in turn meant his packmates felt less of a need to follow up with their own.
