Adventure Pack
Nelly made a few hard stops on our way through Chautauqua Meadow to Gregory Canyon. I got her to move along by walking around behind her and urging her forward. Lou also made some hard stops, on both the way out and the way back, but got moving on her own after standing in place for a bit. Meanwhile, Yoshi and Tozai weaved around, finding places to mark while we waited on their packmates. The pair of them enjoyed chewing on each other in the back of the packmobile after the hike.
Variety Pack
Alfie and Lucy were on the lookout for squirrels during their afternoon stroll at Bear Creek Greenway. Carl, Ruffers, and Dylan were not interested in critters. Dylan and Carl pulled over to sniff pretty often at Martin Park. When they did, the rest of the pack happily joined them to investigate. On the return leg, Alfie and Lucy both tried to leap up a retaining wall in order to get at a squirrel who was hanging out just out of reach, but the wall was too high (even for Alfie) and they failed to get up it.
