Adventure Pack

Tozai and Bear went off leash together after the pack poked their way through Chautauqua Meadow. Tozai was full of playful energy, and Bear was not, but Rey was bristling as she watched Tozai bounce around. So, Rey went off leash with Tozai in Bear's place, and the two of them enjoyed chasing and tackling each other for a while. Bear went off leash with Ruffers after that, and they were more each others' speed. They brought up the rear together as we hiked across and down the mountain.

Variety Pack

Carl, Lou, Milo, Alfie, Lumi, and Teo headed to Wonderland Lake this afternoon. Teo took a lot of attention, as there were a number of other dogs out and about, and all of them triggered unbridled excitement in him. Aside from a few grumbles from Carl, the rest of the pack were calm and collected while I worked on managing Teo when the other dogs went by. Although Alfie was perfectly calm about other dogs, he did try to pounce at a rabbit early on in the walk. Teo was the only other one who seemed to catch sight of it, and he reacted the same way as Alfie. Lumi, Milo, and Lou were all chill throughout the walk, and just wanted to stop and sniff around every so often.
