Adventure Pack
Tozai was a pushy puppy and Rey wasn't feeling it, so she stuck close to the rest of the pack and did her best to ignore Tozai while he poked and prodded at her, with some backup from me to reinforce respecting boundaries. Tozai eventually got the idea and kept a little distance as he invited Rey to play with bows and leaps instead of bites and tackles, but Rey just trotted along without engaging today. Bear led the way for a short bit on the return trip, but then fell back to sniff around with Ruffers. Tozai snatched up small branch to carry back part of the way, which is a habit he has gotten into lately.
Variety Pack
Alfie, Lou, Dylan, and Carl walked Boulder Creek Path this afternoon. The pack didn't linger much at Eben G. Fine Park. We kept a slow but steady pace along the dirt footpath beside the creek. I noticed one squirrel in a nearby tree but Alfie must not have noticed it because he didn't react. The rest of the pack wouldn't have reacted even if they had noticed. It was a quiet afternoon, without anything of particular note happening on the walk.
