Adventure Pack

Rey ran and frolicked through the snowy field beside the path at Shanahan Ridge while Griff sniffed trees and bushes. Racer walked with her nose down along the edge of the trail for the entire hike. She occasionally found some bits to chew on that I'm hoping were twigs and not poopsicles. Arlo found a big branch that he was very pleased with, and he lay down to chew on it until it was broken up into sufficiently smaller pieces.

Variety Pack

The Valmont Dog Park was mostly empty today but the pack still met some friendly dogs. Tozai ran around with a dog named Oakley and another named Minnie. Oakley became very interested in Dylan and kept hopping around and bowing in front of Dylan while Dylan grumbled at him. Dylan was more interested in another old guy whom he followed around for a while, wagging his tail as they went. Carl spent the vast majority of his park time playing fetch, as usual. There was a cute, small Australian Cattle Dog who followed Carl on some of his runs, and Tozai competed with Carl to get to the ball first. Of course, Carl was always the one to return with the ball in the end.
