Adventure Pack

Arlo, Imogene, Racer, and Griff hiked Chautauqua today. Imogene hung back and wandered up the mountainside at one point, and kept sniffing back and forth along the ground while ignoring my calls to catch up to the pack. We went over to get her, and the rest of the pack put their noses to the ground and also didn't want to move on from whatever scent had caught all their interests. We eventually got going again. Everyone was very thirsty when we got back to the trail head, and they all drank from the water bowl at the spigot.

Variety Pack

Carl, Tozai, Lumi, and Scarlett strolled Goose Creek Greenway this afternoon. The prairie dogs were busy today, many scampering back and forth across the paved path ahead of us while others squeaked from their den holes. Tozai and Lumi were watching them with interest, while Carl and Scarlett ignored them. When other actual dogs passed by, Scarlett alternately barked or tried to run to them. The rest of the pack took the canine passers-by in stride.
