Adventure Pack

Arlo did not want to bypass the stream at the base of Saddle Rock Trail as we headed up Gregory Canyon. I thought it was dried up, so I made the detour to show him. It turned out there was still a little bit of water remaining. He and Racer both made the most of it by walking through the mix of water and mud, and Arlo lay down to get his belly muddy as well. Griff and Imogene kept dry. We then headed up Gregory Canyon for a bit, with Griff and Imogene exploring off leash, then made our way back down and through Chautauqua Meadow.

Variety Pack

Yoshi and Tozai had a wonderful time wrestling and chewing on each other at the house before today's pack outing. We went to Valmont Dog Park, where they continued their play in the form of chasing and some more chewing on each other. Meanwhile, Carl got right to business with playing fetch. The park was empty when we got there. Eventually, Yoshi and Tozai started running with Carl. They occasionally snagged the tennis ball before Carl, but Carl would make sure it got back to me if one of them dropped it along the way. Yoshi was pretty good about bringing the ball back, but Tozai would either leave it behind or try to play keep-away. Eventually, we were joined by a spry, little dog - just a bit taller than Carl - who also went on fetch runs with the pack.
