Adventure Pack

Roger Roger and Ruffers had fun chasing each other up and down the trail today. Their fun came to an end after Roger Roger wandered off the trail and rolled in some scat, then spent the remainder of the hike on leash so I could better control him and keep him from rubbing against his packmates. The CamelBak came in handy as I used it to spray most of the poo off him, but there was still some residue. Meanwhile, Sputnik and Mamacita were on the lookout for patches of snow to munch on - few and far between, but they enjoyed them when they could.

Variety Pack

The pack had a calm and pleasant walk along the Bear Creek Path this afternoon. Milo, Zoey, Riley, Racer, and Avo walked with me. Jen came along and walked Blu and Isaac. They took the lead while the rest of the pack and I followed a short distance behind. Whenever Isaac and Blu found an interesting spot to sniff, my crew was eager to follow up. When we stopped at Martin Park at the end of our walk, Milo found a stick to chew on. Riley and Avo decided that, after a peaceful walk, it was time to hop and roll around with each other. Racer dove into the middle of them a couple times. Zoey sat and watched her packmates. Isaac was happy to lie down and get pets from Jen. Blu wanted to leap into the mix with the playful ones, but Jen kept him by her to minimize the chaos.
