Adventure Pack

Roger Roger and Dylan raced each other up the trail after they both hopped into the ditch to splash around for a minute. Roger Roger tried repeating this pattern later on, but Dylan didn't go for it. Dylan just sniffed around at the edge of the trail while Roger Roger jumped into the water, and then just watched while Roger Roger sprinted by him. The dogs we passed on the trail today were satisfied to sniff greetings with Dylan and Roger Roger. They didn't try coming over to check out Sputnik and Mamacita, so Sputnik stayed pretty relaxed throughout. For the first time in a while, Mamacita didn't wiggle in the grass even once during our hike.

Variety Pack

Zoey, Poppy, and Mamacita enjoyed a very pleasant walk along the Boulder Creek Path this afternoon. The air had a bit of a chill, from which we had been unseasonably spared in recent weeks. Poppy wiggled and hopped a little bit at the sight of passing dogs, but she kept it together and stayed by my side. Mamacita and Zoey provided good examples for her by trotting along, unperturbed. After walking down the creek and back, we had a little extra time, so we headed up the trail at Settler's Park for a quick loop up the eastern-most path.
