Adventure Pack

Dylan led the way and Ruffers brought up the rear, while Sputnik hiked along on leash with me up the Gregory Canyon and Crown Rock Trails. Dylan headed down to the stream running through Gregory Canyon a few times. By the time we made it back down the mountain, everyone just wanted to lie in the shade of a big tree at Chautauqua Park, to cool off and catch their breaths. I was also happy to oblige.

Variety Pack

Poppy, Rey, and Zoey hopped into Boulder Creek a couple times during our walk this afternoon. Zoey's packmates reacted the same was as I did when she started shaking off while in the water next to them, even though they were already wet from getting in the water themselves. Zoey again seemed like she was ready to dive into the Creek to join tubers, at various points along the way. Rey jumped at one bike that zipped by us from behind, as she seemed to have thought it was implicitly challenging her to a race. Poppy behaved herself well when we saw other dogs; although there was one time when she couldn't suppress her urge to give a little, "woo-woo!" in passing.
