Adventure Pack

It was weather was mild enough for the pack to head up Red Rocks Trail for some mountain hiking before hitting Boulder Creek Path today. Button lingered in Silver Lake Ditch as long as she could when we made our stop there, where there was another dog also getting his soak on. Archie and Griff explored off leash together, running ahead and back, while Tucker and Button stayed leashed at my sides throughout, hiking at a slow but steady pace set by Button.

Variety Pack

Zoey, Carl, Taco and Clover headed to Wonderland Lake for an afternoon stroll. There were thunderheads above when we set out, and a light rain fell on us through the middle of the walk. The pack made fewer stops than usual. We came across a rabbit on the last stretch of the walk, which caught the attentions of Carl and Taco, who both started pulling toward the bush behind which it disappeared. The rabbit was well out of sight by the time we reached that spot, and the boys were quick to forget about it and move on.
