Adventure Pack

The pack didn't linger as much along Baseline Trail today; we only made a few stops. Once we were up the mountain, Lucy started stalking field mice in the brush beside the trail while Tozai and Bear stuck closer to me. The pack was entranced by some deer we saw on our way down Bluebell Road. Lucy and Tozai were especially fixated and didn't want to keep walking past them. We also saw the cattle a little further down the way. The dogs were interested in them as well, though slightly less so than they were in the deer.

Variety Pack

Griff, Carl, Arlo, Racer, and Alfie enjoyed a stroll at Bear Creek Greenway. Racer made a lot of stops to pee at the edge of the path today. The boys would all surround the same tree and take turns leaving their marks. Well, they mostly took turns. There were a few times when their leg-lifts overlapped and they narrowly missed each other. Alfie was going nuts over the squirrels we saw. Arlo went for a roll in the grass while Carl and Griff stood over and looked on. Meanwhile, Racer had her nose glued to the ground and Alfie was on the lookout for squirrels.
