Adventure Pack

Sputnik, Mamacita, Roger Roger, and Rucksack were happy to linger at the stream each time we crossed it on our hike this morning. On our way back, we passed by a team of summer laborers working on the trail. We have seen them every day for the past week or two, and today they chatted with me a bit. Meanwhile, Roger Roger went up to one guy who was kneeling at the side of the trail, and stepped right up into his lap, to everyone's amusement. Sputnik and Rucksack got a few pats as well, and Mamacita was too tuckered out from the hike to cause any trouble, despite her penchant for harassing uniformed workers. Instead, she just walked by slowly, and timidly sniffed at the same guy who made friends with Roger Roger.

Variety Pack

Zoey, Sputnik, Mamacita, and Roger Roger walked around Wonderland Lake together this afternoon. Sputnik gave Zoey some kisses and the two of them made playful moves together early on. We made several stops for the dogs to sniff around in the grass. It struck me that no one has been rolling around lately. I guess when the grass is tall enough to wade through, there's no need to get on your back in order to rub yourself around in it.
