Monday Pack Activities (6/10/2024)
Adventure Pack
Rey and Sanni had fun running shoulder-to-shoulder together up the trail. Sometimes they would split off to sniff around, and then turn their attentions back to one another for a brief chase. Bear and Ruffers roamed around in a more leisurely manner during their off leash time together. Bear lingered behind and then slinked off into the brush down the mountainside and wouldn't come back when I called him. When he did finally return, he was licking his lips. Ruffers started down toward where Bear had come from, but she listened and returned to the trail when I called her.
Variety Pack
We started off this afternoon's walk with a stop at the bank of Boulder Creek. Carl was first to hurry down to the first submerged stone step. Dylan was right behind him, and continued down a couple steps further to get his belly wet. The water was flowing high and swift. Buddy, Alfie, and Lou all kept to the dry steps and the boulders surrounding the inlet to the water. A thunderstorm broke out during the latter part of our walk and everyone got quite wet anyway.
