Adventure Pack

Racer is back from her summer vacation, and she was happy to be out with the pack again! Carl and Racer were all over the place at the beginning of our hike. It took a little while to get everyone on the same page about the direction and pace of our walking, but we got there eventually. Racer rivaled Sputnik for thirstiest pack member, as the two of them took turns drinking from the CamelBak, each ready for another round when the other one backed off. Carl and Griff both drank a little, but nowhere near as much as their dark-coated pals.

Variety Pack

Zoey and Mamacita made some stubborn stops early on in our walk on the Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. Mamacita wanted to roll around in the grass; Zoey either wanted to sniff around, or just stand in place for a minute. Avo also had fun rolling around in the grass today. Lou and Rey were both very interested in Avo's antics. They hovered over her and made leaps and play-bows around her, inspiring Avo to dodge around and strike some spirited poses. When we were on the move, everyone did a very good job of keeping in place and on pace - once Zoey and Mamacita were done making their stops early on.
