Adventure Pack

Griff is on the mend from an ear injury, so we headed to Bear Creek for a quiet walk where we wouldn't have off-leash dogs running up to us and trying to play with him. Racer and Sputnik were good, mellow company for him. Racer was especially interested in sniffing the strip of grass beside the path. Griff and Sputnik sometimes followed up behind her, but mostly left her to it.

Variety Pack

Avo and Mamacita both wiggled in the grass in their usual spot by the path-marking boulders, in the field where the pack likes to chew twigs. Avo was the first one on her back. By the time Mamacita joined the program, Avo was up and chewing on twigs. Rey, Carl, and Zoey all hunted for twigs of their own while Mamacita rolled in the grass. Mamacita had a little attitude for a Husky that passed by at one point, which caused Avo and Rey both to throw their support behind their packmate, and they all got a talking to after that little outburst - but they mostly behaved themselves through the walk.
