Adventure Pack

Mamacita, Rucksack, and Sputnik side-stepped some friendly laborers working on trail renovations along the Baseline Trail this morning as we made our way to the Amphitheater Trail to head up the mountain. The trails were pretty busy today, so we had to stand to the side several times to let other hikers by on narrow stretches of the trail. Thankfully, Sputnik continued to keep calm and pleasant both times that other dogs passed by in this manner. When we made it back down the mountain and approached the trail head, it sounded like an engine backfired a couple times in the distance, and this really set Mamacita on edge. She was in a real hurry to finish our lap around the park and get back to the comfort of the packmobile.
